Woehr Associates is a group of management and consulting Psychologists, experts in dealing with the human relations aspects of business and industry.  We have experience assisting a broad range of commercial and industrial clients to attract, develop, and retain talented employees, particularly in supervisory or managerial positions.  For over 46 years, our staff has offered a variety of consulting services.

Assessment & Testing

We have developed interviewing and testing techniques that are highly predictive.  Two basic approaches are used:

1. A full-day battery of standardized and individually administered tests and interviews conducted by our staff of licensed Psychologists
   

2. A mail-in battery of tests administered by our clients at their locations, and then sent to our office for scoring, evaluation, and telephone feedback.

This second method is appropriate for the selection of sales, technical, and clerical personnel.  Supervisors and managers should be individually assessed by means of the full-day battery of tests.

Career Guidance

Our psychologists specialize in:

1. Helping students, who are about to enter college, make decisions about curriculum and career
   

2. Assisting adults seeking a career change to make sound decisions.  This program is also used for succession planning in family-owned businesses.
